Este disco fué lanzado el 1 de Febrero del 2005, bajo el sello de Tooht & Nail Records, con una duracion de 39:21 minutos, y que contiene 11 tracks. De éste se desprendiero los sencillos: "Paperthin hymn", "A day late" y "The feel good drag". El nombre del disco fué inspirado cuando la banda decidió cambiar al guitarrista Joey Bruce, quien sus intenciones solamente eran el sexo, las drogas y el Rock n' Roll.

El tercer albúm de estudio de la banda, que fué lanzado el 20 de Febrero de 2007, tuvo gran aceptacion debutando el puesto #19 de Billboard 200. Conto con una edicion de 12 tracks y una edicion con 3 bonus tracks llamada "Deluxe edition".

El cuarto disco de la banda, fué lanzado el 30 de Septiembre de 2008, bajo el sello discográfico Universal Republic, el disco se compone de 12 tracks y tiene una duracion de 45 minutos aproximadamente. El nombre del album segun el vocalista y escritor de la banda Stephen Christian explica "En la vida de todos hay algo en lo que deben rendirse, hay algo en lo que deben cambiar, o cuidar para poder seguir al siguiente paso". En la explicacion original que se publicó en su Myspace decía: "Debemos cambiar, no porque querramos hacerlo, sino porque desesperadamente necesitamos debemos cambiar".
